A two-storey hilltop villa built almost entirely in pale cream-to-honey limestone: rough-faced random-coursed walls on the house, dry-stack garden and retaining walls terracing the whole site, and square stone columns carrying white timber pergolas under terracotta roofs.
The terraces are paved in a mixed-tone stone of cream, gold and blue-grey laid in running bond, linked by broad stone stairs. The site is open and elevated, looking over the sea toward the mainland mountains through olive, oleander and plumbago, and the set documents the build from raw groundworks to masons hand-grouting the paving.
