Privacy policy.
Plain language about the little data this site touches, and your rights over it.

01Who we are
CorfuStone is a stone masonry and building studio based on Corfu, Greece. This policy covers the website you are reading and the ways you can contact us through it. For anything in this policy, write to studio@corfustone.gr.
02What we collect, and when
The site has no accounts and stores nothing you type on our servers. The enquiry form composes a message on your own device and hands it to WhatsApp or your email app; until you choose to send it, nothing leaves your browser.
When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or telephone we receive what you send: your name, your contact details and whatever you tell us about your project, including any photographs. We use it to answer you, to survey and quote, and to carry out work you commission. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.
03Cookies and analytics
By default this site sets no tracking cookies. Your cookie choice itself is stored on your device, that is all.
If you allow analytics in the cookie notice, we may measure visits in aggregate to understand which pages are useful. You can change your mind at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the footer.
04Hosting and technical logs
Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, requested page, browser type) for security and capacity. These are routine, retained briefly and not used to profile you.
05WhatsApp, email and third parties
If you contact us via WhatsApp, Meta processes that conversation under its own terms and privacy policy; the same applies to your email provider. Links to third-party sites are governed by those sites' policies.
06How long we keep things
Project correspondence is kept for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards, for warranty and bookkeeping reasons. If you enquire and nothing comes of it, you can ask us to delete the exchange at any time.
07Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will do it without fuss. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
08Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. See also our terms of use.
