A large hilltop villa fully clad in rough-cut pale limestone in cream and bone tones with bright white pointing, under terracotta roofs with blue-grey shutters. The masonry carries the detail: grand exterior stone staircases on wrought-iron railings, stone parapet and retaining walls, a columned stone veranda, and a circular stone oculus set into the gable.
The pool terrace is paved in stone, and the infinity edge reflects the facade in the evening. The build ran from a frame on a stone basement wall to the finished villa overlooking the mountain ridge, and the photographs follow that whole arc.
