Crisp white volumes clad in pale cream-to-ochre rough-faced limestone, laid in an irregular polygonal pattern with flush pale mortar. The same stone runs unbroken through the curved retaining walls, the boundary walls and the cobbled drive, so the whole site reads as one piece of masonry.
The villa sits on a terraced slope above the sea among olive, oak and cypress, with an infinity pool and stepped stone terraces facing the islands across the water. The cladding was hand-fitted piece by piece, including a stone-faced external stair.
